  • Initiate and maintain ongoing dialogue with the Group’s investors and analysts.
  • Develop and implement as well as maintain investor relations programs in concert with the Group’s overall strategy.
  • Communicating group wide strategic plans and gaining appreciation from the investing community.
  • Develop materials for the Investor Relations programs and organized meetings and presentations.
  • Manage preparation, production and distribution of quarterly earnings announcements, annual report and investor-related web content.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual report and AGM materials
  • Review research coverage to ensure that these are balanced, objective and complete
  • Develop and update the corporate website
  • Ad-hoc nature and variability of projects which includes capital raising, Corporate restructuring, financial modelling and forecasting as well as assisting in tax, legal and other regulatory compliance matters.

    • Requirements :

    • Possess a recognized financial qualification
    • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance / Communication
    • Prior experience in drafting press releases and financial documents for the investment community gained through working for a listed company or in a sell side team or at a financial services / financial PR company
    • Thorough understanding of the sensitivities of dealing with price sensitive information
    • Ability to interface effectively with internal parties
    • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadline
    • Contacts with Analysts and Fund Managers
