Investor Relations Manager

Job descriptionInitiate and maintain ongoing dialogue with the Group’s investors and analysts. Develop and implement as well as maintain investor relations programs in concert with the Group’s overall strategy. Communicating group wide strategic plans and gaining appreciation from the investing community. Develop materials for the Investor Relations programs and organized meetings and presentations. Manage preparation, production and distribution of quarterly earnings announcements, annual report and investor-related web content. Assist in the preparation of the annual report and AGM materials Review research coverage to ensure that these are balanced, objective and complete Develop and update the corporate website Ad-hoc nature and variability of projects which includes capital raising, Corporate restructuring, financial modelling and forecasting as well as assisting in tax, legal and other regulatory compliance matters.
Requirements :
- Possess a recognized financial qualification
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance / Communication
- Prior experience in drafting press releases and financial documents for the investment community gained through working for a listed company or in a sell side team or at a financial services / financial PR company
- Thorough understanding of the sensitivities of dealing with price sensitive information
- Ability to interface effectively with internal parties
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadline
- Contacts with Analysts and Fund Managers
