Penerangan pekerjaanPreferably candidates with sourcing experience in Retail (Home & Living, Health & Beauty, Electronics & Gadgets). Proficiency in sourcing, procurement, and inventory management. Strong negotiation, vendor relationship management, and contract management skills. Analytical thinking and the ability to assess market trends and data. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration. Knowledge of procurement software and tools is beneficial. Relevant certifications, such as CPSM, would be a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
