Document Controller

Penerangan pekerjaanManage and control Electrical Engineering construction design documents and drawings, including physical submissions and records delivery to the client. Archive approved design documents / drawings and distribute formal construction drawings to relevant parties. Maintain and update project databases and filing systems (Aconex). Organize and coordinate system meetings, including preparation, minute-taking, and reporting to the Head of Department. Assist the department in coordinating with QAQC teams for internal and external audits. Translate documents (e.g., formal letters) between English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia as required.
Requirements :
- Diploma in any field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in reading and writing Mandarin (essential for translation tasks).
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to large-scale rail engineering and construction projects.
- Hands-on experience in document management systems and industy-standard platforms (Aconex).
