About the Role
We are seeking a Paid Search & Display Lead with advanced expertise across web and mobile acquisition channels to drive performance at scale. This role will own the full-funnel user growth lifecycle from traffic expansion to conversion, retention, and LTV optimization across global markets.You will lead paid search and display strategies across Google, Bing, and top DSPs such as DV360, Liftoff, Applovin, Moloco, and more. This role is deeply analytical, tech-savvy, and performance-obsessed ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven experimentation, conversion optimization, and incremental growth.
Key Responsibilities
Omni-Channel Growth Ownership
- Lead global search and display advertising across
Search : Google Ads, Bing, Apple Search Ads
Mobile Display : Meta, TikTok, DV360, Liftoff, Applovin, MolocoThird-party Android stores and unlisted channelsManage user acquisition from awareness to install, retention, and re-engagementTest creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pagesProgrammatic Advertising and Channel Development
Scale programmatic media buying strategies across global marketsDevelop high-performing channel partnerships and DSP relationshipsCoordinate closely with regional teams for local execution (Russia, LATAM, SEA, etc.)Data-Driven Optimization and Attribution
Use tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, and GA4 for event tracking and attributionMonitor user behavior through funnel analysis and multi-touch attributionTranslate insights into tactical changes to improve conversion and LTVCross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with :Creative teams for ad development and testing

4 to 6+ years in paid media or performance marketing rolesHands-on experience with :Google Ads, Bing, Apple Search Ads, and YouTube Ads
