About the job

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Channel Partnership Sales to lead the partnership strategy and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by forging and nurturing strategic relationships with key technology partners. This is a critical leadership position for an individual with a proven track record of success in building and scaling partnerships with Cloud Hyperscalers such as AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud. The ideal candidate will also have extensive experience working with a wide network of System Integrators (SIs) who provide IT services, helping to drive joint go-to-market strategies and deliver value to our mutual customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Strategy & Execution : Define and execute a comprehensive channel partnership strategy to achieve ambitious sales targets and expand market reach.
  • Relationship Management : Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within partner organizations, from technical teams to senior leadership.
  • New Partner Acquisition : Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners that align with our business goals and growth initiatives.
  • Full Partnership Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire partner journey, from initial contact and negotiation to integration, enablement, and ongoing performance management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with our Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create and execute joint business plans, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives.
  • Enablement & Governance : Develop and deliver partner enablement programs and resources, ensuring our partners are well-equipped to sell and support our solutions. You will also be responsible for contract management, compliance, and governance.
  • Performance Monitoring : Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure partnerships are meeting or exceeding defined objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience : At least 8-10 years of experience in channel partnerships, alliances within the technology industry.
  • Hyperscaler Expertise : Deep, hands-on experience in developing and managing partnerships with Cloud Hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud).
  • System Integrator Experience : Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with IT Service providers and System Integrators.
  • Sales Acumen : Strong understanding of the technology sales cycle and the ability to articulate our value proposition to a diverse set of partners.
  • Communication & Negotiation : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate complex agreements and build consensus.
  • Leadership : A natural leader with the ability to inspire and manage a team (if applicable) and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Education : Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
