Pharmacy assistant / Clinic assistant

About the role

As a Pharma Assistant at Medilove Clinic', you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our dispensary department. This full-time position is based in our Kepong Kuala Lumpur clinic, where you will work closely with our pharmacists and medical staff to ensure patients receive the highest quality care and service.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the preparation, packaging, and distribution of medications
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and ordering supplies as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns
• Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
• Adhering to all relevant safety and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborating with the wider medical team to support the overall patient experience
