Role Overview & Expectations
- Primary Focus : Call & qualify leads for hand-off to partners, targeting net-new pipeline from a predefined list of high-propensity CLAS customers.
- Required Skillset :
o Min 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics partner, out of which 2 years’ experience in Dynamics ERP sales role.
o Background in tele-sales campaigns, with demonstrated success in driving pipeline from predefined accounts.
o Ability to coach and upskill the BizApps SAS team, enhancing expertise within VDS.
Contact set of assigned customers and generate need for Microsoft Dynamics.Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations to showcase products and servicesProvide technical expertise to support aggressive sales goals and customer inquiriesPrepare and deliver moderately complex technical proposals and presentations for sales supportIdentify and analyze customer needs to develop strategies that competitively address demandsAdvise customers and sales teams on technical aspects of products while aligning with their goalsProvide training sessions utilizing technical expertise to enhance customer understanding and product useFollow up consistently on sales opportunities and inquiries to ensure customer satisfactionBuild relationships with decision-makers at various levels to strengthen stakeholder engagementLocation :
