We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Events Assistant to support our healthcare marketing team in organizing events, managing promotional items, and maintaining key administrative functions. Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist with Familiarisation (FAM) Trips :
- Pack goodie bags, coordinate catering arrangements, and set up meeting rooms and signage.
- Support registration and on-site coordination for insurance agents' tours.
- Manage Admission Gift Pack distribution :
- Validate, pack, and send gift packs to patients.
- Provide regular updates to the Insurance Network Liaison on progress.
- Inventory Management :
- Monitor stock levels of Admission Gift Pack items and coordinate re-stocking or re-purchasing as needed.
- Database Maintenance :
- Perform data entry and upkeep for the agents' database, including contacts from the Insurance Helpdesk, webinars, FAM tours, and gift pack distribution.
- Support additional ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Ideal Candidate :
Minimum (Insert qualification, e.g., diploma or equivalent)Strong organizational and coordination skills.Attention to detail and ability to multitask.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in event support or healthcare-related roles is a plus.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
