Job Brief :

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager, Ecosystem Projects to lead cross-commercial initiatives that cut across multiple business lines. This role will drive complex, high-visibility projects that integrate payments, merchant services, and ecosystem enablers to unlock new growth and operational efficiencies. You will be at the forefront of shaping how our Commercial Division delivers ecosystem-wide value, from launching new propositions to strengthening foundational infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities :

• Ecosystem Strategy & Execution : drive the design and delivery of cross-commercial projects that span multiple verticals (e.g., mobility, telco, gaming, eCommerce).
• Project Leadership : lead end-to-end execution of high-priority initiatives.
• Commercial Alignment : ensure initiatives are designed with merchant / user needs in mind, delivering measurable business outcomes across revenue, efficiency, and engagement.
• Stakeholder Management : partner with internal Commercial stakeholders, Product, Operations, Risk, and other relevant stakeholders to align objectives, secure buy-in, and deliver coordinated execution.
• Process & Operations Improvement : identify and drive enhancements in core commercial processes (e.g., refunds, PSR, reconciliation) to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Insights & Reporting : track performance of ecosystem projects, generate insights, and present outcomes to senior management and executive leadership.
• Innovation & Foresight : anticipate emerging trends in payments, platforms, and merchant services, and translate them into future-ready ecosystem initiatives.
