What You'll Do

Lead and manage the quality assurance team

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards

Conduct quality audits and inspections

Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with quality tools and statistical analysis
