Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day execution of shipments, ensure smooth coordination with customers, airlines, agents, and couriers, and maintain the highest standards of service quality. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor time-critical shipments including OBC, NFO, and Freight Management.
• Coordinate with couriers, airlines, customers, and agents to ensure smooth end-to-end movement.
• Prepare and review shipment documents such as airway bills, customs permits, invoices, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with IATA, customs, and company regulations.
• Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams.
• Manage exceptions, delays, or disruptions with quick and effective solutions.
• Support the sales and customer service teams with operational requirements.
• Track shipment performance and prepare reports for management review.
• Prepare billing to customers and support finance with documentation for invoicing.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth running of daily operations.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
