About the Job -Assist the brand manager in the daily management of brand across all dimensions, including operations, marketing, channel / geographic expansion, and new product development -Manage, plan, and execute marketing plan, brand launch campaign and event activities -To assist in planning and implementing day to day programs, and activities according to stipulated timeline to meet marketing objectives. -To assist in operation matters relating to designated portfolio. -To assist in formulating marketing plans, new product developments and managing brand’s AandP budget effectively. -To prepare market studies and analyse market trends and opportunities. -Perform research on category / consumer trends and competitor landscape to inform strategic direction -Coordinate internal and external resources across various support functions to support the execution of new and ongoing initiatives (e.g., promotions, social media, performance marketing, SEO) -Support the reporting and decision-making process with data analysis and presentations -To perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time. -To manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
