We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Associate . Reporting to the Associate Director this full-time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Corporate Secretarial Services and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities :

• Assisting in all aspects of corporate secretarial functions and ensuring compliance with rele-vant laws and regulatory requirements.
• Drafting the notices of meetings, attending meetings with the Company Secretary and / or sen-ior team members, and drafting the minutes of meetings.
• Responsible for the timely preparation of documents including but not limited to, board and members’ resolutions, annual returns, forms for lodgement with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
• Responsible for delivering client services within the established timeline.
• Responsible for maintaining the statutory books and records of clients.
• Assisting in the drafting of announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
• Ensuring strict adherence to internal policies / standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for timely billings and collections.
• Performing any other tasks as assigned by Management.
