Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, or higher qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling a full set of accounts.
- Proficient in SQL Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel .
- Ability to read and understand Mandarin (a must) for handling Mandarin-based documents.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
- Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good time management
Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts , including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable(AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation.Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports and management statements .Manage daily accounting transactions, data entry, and bookkeeping.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and other external stakeholders.Maintain well-organized accounting records and supporting documents.Support other ad-hoc finance tasks as required by management.Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionBenefits
