Finance Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Account and Operation Associate. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our agency, as well as providing bookkeeping, accounting, administrative, and operational support to various departments.

• Account :
• Generate and manage purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
• Initiate payment for our vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct bookkeeping using AutoCount software.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Operation :
• Prepare and compile management papers for project tenders as required.
• Provide administrative support to all departments as needed.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team.
