Manager Field Sales

Penerangan pekerjaanDemonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the industry / market / competitors / customers / products / services and selling skills. Possess basic knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, warranties, etc Willing to travel outstation and cover more than 1 area. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Good command in English, both written and spoken Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Minimum 3-5 years experience at Supervisory / Assistant Manager level, preferably in Consumer Health / OTC channel. Mid-Senior level Full-time Sales and Business Development Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Retail Pharmacies, and Medical Equipment Manufacturing
Overview
To drive the department’s sales objectives through good understanding of the market trend and conditions, proper business planning and excellence in execution for Pharmacy Channel.
General Responsibilities
- Drive monthly Sales and Non Sales KPI achievement for the assigned sales team and territory.
- Ensure full compliance of sales team daily call process such as coverage, product detailing and in-store execution.
- Build strong business partnership with key retailers and gather market insights for sales strategy development.
- Minimum 70% of time spend in market for on job coaching.
- Work with marketing team in development of sound trade programs, execute and manage the programs to meet set objectives within approved trade spend.
- Develop, execute and monitor distribution programs to increase depth (distribution retail outlets) & width (new retail outlets) presence.
- Drive merchandising standards and ensure POSM are optimally utilized to raise visibility of distributed products.
- Identify relevant training and development programs to continuously enhance the effectiveness and performance of the sales team.
- Provide monthly update on competitive activities, competitor product launches and key trade developments.
