Front Desk Receptionist

As a Receptionist at PICKLE DEPOT & PADEL DEPOT, you will be the friendly face that warmly greets and assists our customers. In this full‑time position, you will be based in our office in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur and play a vital role in creating an outstanding experience for all who visit our padel sports facility.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing a warm and welcoming reception to all customers, visitors and staff
• Handling incoming phone calls, emails and in-person inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
• Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry and stock management
• Assisting with the coordination of events and tournaments held at our facility
• Promoting our packages and services to prospective customers
• Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and maintained at all times
