JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a full-time creative & energetic person who lives for storytelling, beautiful videos, and engaging an audience. You'll be responsible for creating content that captures attention, builds connections, and reflects our values of innovation, empathy, and excellence. We are one of the leading education centres and dental communities in SE Asia and we believe in continuous learning, while creating long lasting relationships. In our vision, education isn't just knowledge transfer, it's about inspiring growth and collaboration. We value empathy and supporting specialists to be the best they can be. In our vision innovation needs to be at the center of education, to keep up with the fast-developing pace of the world. Our new movement is supporting Unified Dentistry, a practice where dental practitioners don't work alone, but in collaboration. Where each of them understands the importance of learning about all disciplines, with the purpose of offering better dental care. Our purpose is to educate, motivate and support dentists to treat their patients as a whole. You'll help us bring this vision to life through written, visual, and video content across our courses, events and social platforms.

• You're always on the pulse of social media trends, and know what makes a post go viral (or at least get plenty of love).
• You communicate clearly and warmly whether in captions, scripts, emails, or collaborative brainstorms.
• You are super creative and love visual beauty and design. You're organised and proactive, planning content calendars, managing deadlines, and balancing quality with speed.
• You're not easily thrown off by last-minute changes & you adapt fast without losing your style.
• You see content as more than marketing, it's a chance to educate, inspire, and contribute to a larger mission.
