JOB PURPOSE
- Managing the overall business development and relationship management among new and existing SME and Commercial Banking clients to meet defined objectives and profitability budget.
- Execute sales action plans and strategies to grow the financing asset, share of wallet and revenue through origination of SME and Commercial customers to the Bank.
- Develop new businesses by identifying and contacting prospects and managing low-performing client from existing portfolio.T
- o do site visit to all business premises and to identify the nature of the business, flow of the business and to evaluate business strength, sustainability, products, profits etc.
- Process and evaluate credit applications to ensure that only quality assets are booked.
- Provide recommendations to support credit applications to approving authorities.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
To achieve target for new origination, approval and disbursement for newly financing application within TAT stipulate.To conduct timely CR and responsible for asset quality prior transfer the account to Credit Analyst teamWallet Sizing – Cross sell fee based and depositFinancing packaging offer to the customer based on the actual requirement and provide financing solution to the customer.Satisfaction good relationship with the customer (KYC) via responsible financing.To refer potential customer to Regional SME Centre to assist customer requirement.To support Government Agenda within the Bank mandated role with the fund release and assistance providedTo build relationship with other government agencies under MAFI and other related agencies.Compliance with internal and external regulationTo communicate with supervisor and related parties to resolve any issue pertaining to day-to-day operation.Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.EDUCATION
Possess a recognized bachelor's degree in Business / Finance or related discipline
EXPERIENCE
2-5 years with working experience in business / commercial banking or any equivalent.Certified Credit Professional (CCP) / other external certification is an added advantageGood knowledge of the broad range of Agrobank's products.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and have excellent interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge of Banking productGood analytical skills in financial accounts and well versed in cash flow analysis.Good in portfolio management, asset quality and R&R exercise / structure to resolve customer need.Good planning and organizing skills.Result oriented and able to work as a teamFluent in both spoken and written English
