• Build strong relationships to retain existing clients.
• Build client base and network through multiple channels.
• Help clients implement their plans and carry out transactions.
• Understand clients' current financial status and future financial needs.
• Develop sound plans and budgets for clients.
• Continuously update on clients' changing needs.
• Present and sell suitable financial products and services.
• Find and approach prospective clients.
• Maintain updated knowledge of regulations, practices, and financial products.
• Maintain good records of sales and after-sales.
