SAP VMS Consultant

Job Role : SAP VMS (Vehicle Management System)

Location : Malaysia

Role Type : Fulltime

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP VMS solutions.
• Configure SAP VMS processes : vehicle ordering, inventory management, inbound / outbound delivery, and vehicle sales.
• Manage vehicle master data, configuration variants, and equipment.
• Customize vehicle statuses, status profiles, and business processes.
• Integrate SAP VMS with SD, MM, FICO, and 3rd-party systems (OEM portals, logistics providers).
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom enhancements and reports.
• Conduct system testing, data migration, and user training during rollouts.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements for VMS.
• Maintain documentation (functional specs, process flows, SOPs).
