Penerangan pekerjaanHandle daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities including preparation and processing of month end journals. Handle full set of accounts include GL, monthly reporting, statements of accounts. Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents, inventory stock control and filing to support all accounting entries. Liaise with banks, company secretaries, tax agent, external auditor, government authorities, and professional advisors on company related matters. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation. Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when necessary. Maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and process invoices, expenses reports, and payments. Assist with audits and financial analysis as needed. Ensure timeliness and accuracy to complete AR / AP month-end closing independently.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in accounting or finance
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
- Proficient in accounting software, such as MYOB and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage as the role requires handling paperwork in this language
- LCCI membership will provide additional advantages
- Applicants must be willing to work at Kajang
- Required language (s) : Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
