Job Responsibility
Handle daily accounting operations and maintain accurate records.
Manage AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end / year-end closing.
Issue and submit e-Invoices in compliance with LHDN guidelines.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and ensure statutory compliance.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
Assist management in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Maintain proper documentation and filing system.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in handling full set accounts.
Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations & SST.
Proficient in e-Invoicing system (LHDN MyInvois).
Hands-on experience with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, etc.).
Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work independently.
Experience with payroll processing.
Knowledge of budgeting & forecasting.
Exposure to audit or external reporting.
