Documentation Specialist (100 Remote, Contract)

Pacston & Partners is collaborating with a global legal technology firm to recruit Documentation Specialists who will support international clients with complex application processes.
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must have access to a reliable internet connection and use their own computer equipment.
We are looking for detail-oriented professionals with strong English writing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to top-tier client service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
- Review client-submitted documents thoroughly and provide clear, actionable feedback
- Assist clients in managing individual case workflows, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to support case progress
