We are pleased to be partnering a leading client in the industrial sector to appoint a commercially minded HR Business Partner into their high‑performing Human Resources (HR) team. In view of exceptional performance in 2024 (nearly doubled of the previous year’s sales revenue), the organisation is looking to add depth and onboard a strategic HR professional who thrives on partnering with the business to drive real impact. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, with some travelling to other offices in Malaysia involved.
Job Description
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the key strategic liaison between HR and business leaders. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing people strategies that support critical business objectives and foster a high‑performing, engaged culture.
You will provide comprehensive guidance to managers on the full spectrum of people matters, including performance, employee relations, and talent development. You will lead workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives to ensure the organisation has the right skills for the future. A core part of your role will be to enhance employee engagement and drive organisational culture through targeted programs. You will also be responsible for implementing company‑wide HR processes, utilising HR metrics to inform strategy, and leading change management efforts.
