Your new role

As the HR Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in establishing and driving HR initiatives. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, setting up HR policies and procedures, and acting as the key liaison with overseas stakeholders. This is a hands‑on role where you will help shape the HR function while supporting business growth and compliance.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast‑paced / startup environment
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR compliance
• Experience in setting up employee handbooks, handling recruitment, and HR operations
• Confident, working independently and collaborating across borders
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution‑oriented mindset
