Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in sourcing goods and services for plants and HQ using the procurement system.
- Support logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and transportation coordination.
- Help track inventory, stock movements, and perform accurate data entry.
- Prepare and update shipping documents, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Verify materials and equipment received, and support material control systems.
- Assist in procurement processes such as Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), and maintaining supplier records.
- Contribute to process improvements in procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations.
