Strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CRM / support tools. Ability to travel and work independently.
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Support Engineer to support our sales team, provide technical assistance, and ensure customer success. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with excellent communication skills to build trust with customers while driving growth. Willingness to travel and the ability to work independently are required.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales with technical expertise, demos, and proposals.
- Support customers post-sale with troubleshooting and onboarding.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product and service delivery.
