Work you will do

Deloitte helps organizations reset their IT strategy and implement the systems and solutions, including cutting‑edge cloud services, to re‑energize performance across the enterprise.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will provide high‑level design and technical solutions for ServiceNow team :

• Deliver Technical Solutions : Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements, using out‑of‑the‑box capabilities and custom development where needed.
• Lead Platform Configuration : Configure modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD), build workflows, and manage integrations with third‑party systems via APIs or IntegrationHub.
• Engage with Clients and Stakeholders : Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance on platform capabilities, and ensure solution alignment with business goals.
• Ensure Quality and Governance : Follow best practices for coding, documentation, security, and data management; support testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live activities.
• Drive Continuous Improvement : Recommend enhancements, identify opportunities for automation, and stay current with ServiceNow innovations and roadmap updates.
