Established in 2021, we became a subsidiary of SR Technics in 2022 and now operate as an independent unit and intrapreneurship venture. Our focus revolves around managing a vast asset base of aircraft components and providing round‑the‑clock support to airlines, MROs, and trade partners.

Position Description
As a Business Development Director, you will drive the growth of STRADE’s customer base and market presence within the region. Your mission will be to identify and seize new business opportunities — building connections, generating and nurturing leads, converting prospects into long‑term partners, and establishing strategic agreements.
You will represent STRADE within the aviation industry, strengthening our position in the market and expanding our network of buyers and sellers across the STRADE Marketplace. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on relationship management and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to drive sustainable growth.
