Our Client :

We have recently partnered with a US MNC company that is a global leader in designing, manufacturing, and selling a wide range of products and solutions for the vehicle service industry. The company is expanding its Southeast Asia footprint and is currently looking for a Business Development Director to drive strategic growth.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a 3‑year strategic plan to gain market share in SEA.
• Establish and grow the customer and distribution network to increase market share.
• Partner closely with the global supply chain and operations team to ensure customers and distributors receive a quality product on time.
• Personally develop high‑level contacts with customers and key accounts in SEA.
• Understand all pricing practices, discount procedures and their impact on profitability by product.
• Be responsible for service, parts and dealer development.
• Promote and execute marketing plans, sales tools, new products and other company programs to corresponding channels and / or users.
• Partner with the global team to conduct customer and distributor product training.
• Coordinate technical sales support for the SEA market.
