HR & ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (IMMEDIATE HIRING)
Human Resource (HR) Responsibilities :
- Prepare monthly payroll and handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRD levy submissions.
- Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance, and leave records.
- Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Identify training needs and coordinate staff training or development programs.
- Monitor employee performance and assist in KPI or appraisal processes.
- Handle staff grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee welfare activities.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
- Support management in manpower planning and employee engagement programs.
- Perform other HR administrative duties and tasks assigned by the management.
- Manage job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
Account Responsibilities :
Handle daily accounting entries (AR, AP, and GL).Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management.Assist in budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost control.Manage supplier invoices, payments, and billing to clients.Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government bodies when needed.Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.Administrative Support :
Manage office supplies, stationery, and office maintenance.Prepare official letters, memos, and correspondence.Handle company licensing, insurance, and renewal matters.Support management in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Good understanding of HR processes and basic accounting principles.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Able to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.Good command of English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.Possess a valid driving license.Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.Preferably with 3–4 years of relevant working experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
