Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Pool Attendant to join our team on a full-time basis at our Bandar Sunway, Selangor location. As a Pool Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests as they enjoy our world-class water park facilities.
What you'll be doing
- Monitoring the pool area and surrounding facilities to identify and address any safety concerns
- Providing lifeguard services and assisting guests in the water as needed
- Maintaining the cleanliness and proper functioning of the pool and its equipment
- Enforcing pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of pool-related equipment and activities
- Providing excellent customer service to all guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintaining accurate records and logs of pool activities and incidents
