Responsibilities
- Conduct research to uncover user needs and pain points, and translate findings into journey maps
- Create wireframes and low fidelity prototypes to outline layouts, interaction flows, and edge cases
- Develop and maintain a design system
- Produce high fidelity mock ups and interactive prototypes
- Ensure responsiveness of design interfaces that work across devices and breakpoints
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers
- Monitor UX metrics by tracking key performance indicators and propose continuous improvements
