FACILITY MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Position Overview

Position Title : Facility Mechanical Engineer (Fresh Graduate). Department : Facilities. Location : Enovix Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Bukit Minyak, Penang).

We are seeking a highly motivated Fresh Graduate in Mechanical Engineering to join our Facilities team. This role provides hands-on training and exposure to facility mechanical systems such as HVAC, chillers, compressors, and dehumidifiers that support cleanroom and manufacturing operations. The candidate will be guided by senior engineers to ensure smooth operations, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility System Support : Assist in the daily monitoring and operation of facility mechanical systems (HVAC, Chillers, Air Compressors, Dehumidifiers, and Exhaust Systems).
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical issues under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance : Participate in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance activities.
• Learn and apply predictive maintenance tools and methods.
• System Monitoring & Data Analysis : Record and analyze performance data (temperature, humidity, pressure, dew point, energy usage).
• Support statistical and trend analysis to ensure stable and efficient operation.
• Compliance & Safety : Follow all facility protocols and safety standards during daily activities.
• Assist in preparing documentation for ISO audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Projects & Improvements : Participate in facility improvement and energy-saving projects.
• Support system enhancements and upgrades as assigned.
