Our mission is to empower Malaysia’s role in global trade, healthcare, and technology. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, and identifying potential clients. Additionally, the role involves managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with other team members to ensure sales targets are met. Daily tasks also include preparing reports and engaging in marketing activities to promote events and exhibitions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.

Identify and engage prospective clients; build and maintain client relationships.

Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

Coordinate with team members to ensure sales targets are met.

Prepare reports and participate in marketing activities to promote events and exhibitions.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in Sales and Marketing.

Experience in Training and Development.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in the event management or exhibitions industry is a plus.
