This role focuses on serving as a Sales and Marketing Representative on behalf of RS Ventures Group Sdn Bhd. It is a full-time hybrid position based in WP Kuala Lumpur, with partial work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies Delivering excellent customer service to clients Participating in training sessions to enhance professional growth Collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns Ensuring sales targets and performance goals are consistently achieved Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills Proven sales experience with demonstrated results Experience in training and coaching Solid knowledge of sales and marketing strategies Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team Background in insurance or banking industry is an advantage Diploma or Degree Holder in Business, Marketing, or a related field Seniority level
