Deliver excellent customer service – Smile, Greet & Offer Basket Handle customer queries professionally and offer expert beauty advice. Provide beauty services such as express makeovers, skin checks, and gift wrapping. Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling of company products and promotions. Perform professional makeup applications, ensuring flawless and long-lasting results. Provide personalized beauty consultations, understanding customer preferences to recommend the best makeup and skincare products. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized. Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge. Requirements
- Qualification in beauty courses is an advantage
- Experience in beauty retail or as a makeup artist is a plus
- Passionate about beauty, cosmetics, and customer service.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer focused.
