Key Responsibilities :

• Manage staff travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flights, visa applications, company's car usage and related coordination.
• Handle procurement for office needs (stationery, pantry supplies, equipment, and facilities).
• Oversee payment processing and staff expense claim submissions.
• Coordinate company property management and ensure timely maintenance or updates.
• Manage the company's fixed asset tracking and coordination.
• Oversee general administrative tasks to support smooth office operations.
• Provide administrative support for operations across Malaysia and other courtiers. '
• Any other ad-hoc administration related matters assigned by the Management.
