Production Supervisor (Process)

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift personnel, including Process Technicians, Boilermen, and Lab Technicians, to ensure smooth plant operations
• Monitor and optimize process parameters to meet production targets and improve efficiency
• Ensure product quality compliance by working closely with the Lab team and addressing process deviations
• Troubleshoot operational issues, respond to process upsets, and make real-time decisions to maintain plant stability
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with the Maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Lead shift handovers, report operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate shift reports, production records, and compliance documentation
• Participate in safety briefings, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Support process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize energy consumption
