Responsibilities
The RMA (Return Material Authorization) Administrator helps coordinate repair orders for Keysight products between the field and the factory. As part of the After Market Services (AMS) team, this person works with other RMA Administration specialists to support a growing global customer base. They coordinate with Customer Service, Technical Support and Sales teams across all Ixia business divisions. The right candidate will be customer focused, with excellent communication skills, detail oriented, experienced with Oracle or similar CRM / ERP systems.
Qualifications
Candidates must be local or willing to relocate / commute to Bayan Lepas.
