Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any discipline. Disciplined, results-oriented, professional, and able to work with minimum supervision, with regular reporting to head-office as pre-determined by leadership. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word). Good interpersonal skills; able to work independently and with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Good understanding and command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of the legal and professional context is an added advantage. Possess own transport and be able to travel within the designated area as required. Attractive basic salary, petrol card, company mobile-phone and site incentives. Overview
7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a Business Expansion Executive to identify and source profitable sites for new 7-Eleven stores, conduct site surveys and prepare proposals for management consideration, arrange site inspections, and coordinate tenancy documentation and landlord negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Identify & source profitable sites for the opening of 7-Eleven stores in line with the Company’s store growth targets.
- Conduct site surveys and evaluation; complete and submit site proposals for management consideration.
- Arrange and coordinate site inspections and procure requisite tenancy documentation from landlords.
- Liaise with landlords leading to the execution of tenancy agreements and taking of vacant possession.
- Engage with landlords, agents or leasing personnel for managed and non-managed properties.
- Identify and articulate reasoning for proposed locations within designated areas, substantiated via qualitative / comparative assessments conducted with professionalism and transparency.
- Maintain extensive relationships with property developers’ platforms.
