Overview

7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a Business Expansion Executive to identify and source profitable sites for new 7-Eleven stores, conduct site surveys and prepare proposals for management consideration, arrange site inspections, and coordinate tenancy documentation and landlord negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Identify & source profitable sites for the opening of 7-Eleven stores in line with the Company’s store growth targets.
• Conduct site surveys and evaluation; complete and submit site proposals for management consideration.
• Arrange and coordinate site inspections and procure requisite tenancy documentation from landlords.
• Liaise with landlords leading to the execution of tenancy agreements and taking of vacant possession.
• Engage with landlords, agents or leasing personnel for managed and non-managed properties.
• Identify and articulate reasoning for proposed locations within designated areas, substantiated via qualitative / comparative assessments conducted with professionalism and transparency.
• Maintain extensive relationships with property developers’ platforms.
