LOGISTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Fasttrack Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Logistic Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in the import / export and customs clearance industries. The role is based in our Penang Island office.

What you’ll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Processing customer orders and coordinating logistics and customs clearance activities
• Tracking shipments and providing updates to customers on the status of their orders
• Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
