Responsibilities
- Lead the full rollout of Wallaroo for Enterprise, ensuring customers see value fast.
- Act as the main point of contact for the customer journey : manage success plans, run Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews, and hunt for expansion opportunities.
- Master the Wallaroo.AI product to give hands‑on technical advice and optimization tips.
- Create and run adoption strategies (such as training) to ensure customers fully utilize and love the platform.
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Engineering to keep customers happy and relay product feedback.
