HR Consultant (Senior Manager)

Penerangan pekerjaanSupport People Leaders with advisory services across talent management, performance conversations, and employee development. Partner with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and business clusters to deliver HR initiatives and people strategies. Proactively identify recurring people challenges and escalate them to Cluster Leads for intervention. Facilitate differentiated career experiences for high-potential talent through development planning. Execute scalable HR programmes and initiatives in alignment with the People Plan. Ensure effective communication and adoption of HR policies and processes across clusters. Monitor performance and contribute to continuous improvement of HR advisory processes. Strong HR advisory and stakeholder management experience. Knowledge of continuous performance management, talent management, and employee development. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex people situations with professionalism. Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics and reporting. Knowledge of HR policies, standards, and compliance requirements. Professional certification in HR (desirable).
