Job description :

• Greet and engage customers warmly, building rapport to understand their skincare needs.
• Provide expert advice on products, benefits, and proper usage techniques.
• Actively promote skincare and beauty products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate products, such as testing textures or applying samples to customers.
• Maintain a professional image and represent the brand's values.
• Educate customers about the brand's philosophy and skincare range.
• Record daily sales and prepare reports for the manager.
• Track customer feedback to improve services.
• Handle any customer complaints or issues professionally.
• Continuously improve skincare and sales techniques.
