Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver multiple digital transformation projects, including a Group-wide AML solution rollout, automation efforts, and compliance dashboards.
- Act as a trusted advisor on technology and infrastructure architecture—ensuring alignment with IT security and governance standards.
- Review and validate project deliverables across all stages to ensure quality, adequacy, and regulatory fit.
- Manage program-level financials, budgets, and operational costs for compliance initiatives.
- Oversee project timelines, quality, and delivery while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and enhancement opportunities.
- Maintain a full portfolio view of all compliance transformation projects and ensure strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as the escalation point for key risks, challenges, or interdependencies.
What You Bring
10+ years of project management experience, with at least 7 years in leading large-scaleAML / Compliance transformation initiatives
within the insurance or financial services space.
Proven experience delivering AML technology projects such ascustomer risk scoring, name screening, and transaction monitoring
across multi-country settings.
Strong understanding ofdata management, MSSQL
, and the ability to write and optimize stored procedures.
Expertise insystem implementation, cybersecurity awareness, and risk mitigation strategies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—confidently engaging with teams acrossAsia, Africa
, and Group / Regional functions.
Prior experience in aGroup Office
or
Regional role
within Insurance or Asset Management is highly desirable.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with Fiserv technologies or similar AML / Compliance platforms.Exposure to regulatory environments across Asia and / or Africa.Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
