Job Responsibilities
- Issue Sales Invoice as per request from Sales Team.
- Monitor job status to ensure billing is on time.
- Assist in preparing of monthly payroll.
- Manage payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).
- Process payments weekly to suppliers.
- Process staff claims.
- Assist in hiring such as sending questionnaires to potential candidates and scheduling appointments.
- Update HR files from time to time.
- Perform bookkeeping & bank reconciliations.
Job Requirements
A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Able to speak English and Mandarin.At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience.Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook; familiarity with Worksy, Employment Hero, Swingvy, Justlogin, Xero, Payroll Panda.Strong work ethic with a positive attitude, responsibility, self-discipline, and dedication to work.Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.Job Benefits
